Data deletion instructions

You can ask Axzen to delete personal data linked to your customer, seller or WhatsApp contact.

How to request deletion

1. Email axzeninfotech@gmail.com from your registered phone or email.
2. Subject: Delete my Axzen data.
3. Include your full name, phone number, and whether you are a customer or seller.

We will confirm the request and delete or anonymise account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, fraud prevention or Indian law.

WhatsApp

If you messaged Axzen on WhatsApp, deleting your Axzen account also stops us from using that chat for support. You can also block or delete the chat in WhatsApp on your phone.
