By using axzen.in, related Axzen websites, or the Axzen app, you agree to these terms.
The service
Axzen is a marketplace. Independent sellers list products. Axzen provides the platform, payments and support tools. Product quality, stock and dispatch are the seller’s responsibility unless Axzen states otherwise.
Accounts
You must provide a valid phone number and keep your account details accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders and payments
Prices are in Indian rupees. Orders are accepted when the seller confirms them. Refunds, returns and delivery follow the policy shown on the product and order pages.
WhatsApp and notifications
Axzen may send order and account messages by app notification, SMS or WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop promotional messages. Transactional order messages may still be sent.
Prohibited use
Do not misuse the platform, upload illegal listings, abuse other users, or attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use.
