Axzen Infotech (“Axzen”, “we”) operates axzen.in, seller.axzen.in, admin.axzen.in and the Axzen mobile app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Phone number and OTP verification data for login
- Name, delivery address, orders, payments and support messages
- Seller KYC, catalogue and payout details for seller accounts
- Device, app and usage logs needed to run the store
How we use it
We use this information to create accounts, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide customer and seller support, and send order updates. If you chat with us on WhatsApp, Meta delivers those messages to Axzen so we can reply about your order or account.
Sharing
We share data only with payment, delivery, cloud and messaging partners required to run the marketplace, or when Indian law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and security
We keep account and order records as long as needed for the service, tax and legal duties. Access is limited to authorised Axzen staff and sellers handling their own orders.
